MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb LT2  

Clones Offered: LT2 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood lymphocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LT2 reacts with CD2 antigen (MW 50 kDa). MAb LT2 completely cross-blocks the binding of MAbs Leu 5b and OKT11. Working dilution 1:10000.  

Applications: Can be used to enumerate T and NK cells and classify cases of lymphoma.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD2 is found on the majority of human T and NK cells. CD2 presents on 78 +/- 8% normal peripheral lymphocytes and 100 % of thymocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
