MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb LT27  

Clones Offered: LT27 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood lymphocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LT27 reacts with surface cell antigen CD27 (MW 110 kDa). Working dilution 1:1000.  

Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate T and B subsets.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD27 is found on subset of human T and B cells. CD27 is present on 65 +/- 9 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
