MoAb Isotype: IgG2b for MAb LT3  

Clones Offered: LT3 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human thymocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LT3 reacts with CD3 antigen (MW 26/20/16 kDa). MAb LT3 completely cross-blocks binding of MAb OKT3. Working dilution 1:5000.  

Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate T cells in peripheral blood and tissue.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD3 is present on 70 % of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes and 60 % of thymocytes. This antigen is found on the majority of human T cells. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
