MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb LT45RA  

Clones Offered: LT45RA Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood lymphocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LT45RA reacts with CD45RA antigen (MW 220 kDa). Working dilution 1:1000.  

Applications: Can be used to enumerate human T cells subsets and for typing of lymphomas.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD45RA is found on all human B and NK cells and subset of human T cells. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
