MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb 8C4 MAbs 1E11 and 7C11 are biclonal - mixture of IgG2a and IgM. Both isotypes are adenovirus hexon specific.  

Clones Offered: 7C11, 1E11, 8C4  

Specificity: Hexon antigen of human adenovirus.  

Applications: Detection of human adenovirus. 7C11 and 8C4 can be used in ELISA and immunodiffusion.1E11 can be used in ELISA. Best recommended pair: 8C4 - 1E11 MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose
