MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb ATB  

Clones Offered: ATB Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with aflatoxin.  

Specificity: MAb ATB recognizes free aflatoxins B1 and B2, and has no cross-reactivity with G1, G2 and M1.  

Applications: Detection of free aflatoxins B1 and B2 in immunoassay.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
