Clones Offered: KBA211, KBA468 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum A toxoid.  

Specificity: C. botulinum A toxoid. For cross-reactivity with B and E toxoids in indirect ELISA see the printable version. There is no cross-reactivity with B and E toxoids in sandwich ELISA.  

Applications: MAbs recognize C. botulinum A toxoid in sandwich ELISA. Recommended pair (coating – conjugate): KBA211 – KBA468.

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
