Clones Offered: KB21, KB22, KB23 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum D toxoid.  

Specificity: C. botulinium D toxoid. No cross-reaction with C. botulinum A and B toxins.  

Applications: Detection of C. botulinium D toxoid in ELISA and immunofluorescence technique.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
