MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: BE2, BE3, KBE144, KBE169, KBE42 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum E toxoid.  

Specificity: C. Botulinum E toxoid. For cross-reactivity with A and B toxoids in indirect ELISA see the printable version. There is no cross-reactivity with A and B toxoids in sandwich ELISA.  

Applications: All MAbs are working in ELISA and Western blotting. MAbs BE2 and BE3 recognize the H-subunit of C. botulinum E toxoid. MAbs KBE144, KBE169 and KBE42 recognize C. botulinum E toxoid in sandwich ELISA. Recommended pairs (coating – conjugate): KBE169 – KBE42, KBE144 – KBE42.
