MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAbs H3A4 and H6F5  

Clones Offered: H3A4, H6F5 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBcAg.  

Specificity: HBcAg MAbs H3A4 and H6F5 are directed to different antigenic determinants.  

Applications: Detection of HBcAg in ELISA and Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
