Specificity: HBsAg MAbs are reacting with the following HBsAg subtypes: ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, ayr, adw2, adw4, adrq+, adrq-, ayw3 (Fer). Applications: Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay: NE3 - NF5, HB12 - HB11, HB5 - HB6, HB13 - HB6, HB12 - HB6, Hs33 - Hs41, B1 - B5 Best pair: Hs33 - Hs41, sensitivity 50 pg/ml Purity: MAbs B5 and B1 are purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. All other MAbs are purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
