Clones Offered: InA227, InA246 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Influenza A/Shangdong/9/93 (strain H3N2) derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs.  

Specificity: Influenza A haemagglutinin H3.  

Applications: Influenza A H3 haemagglutinin immunodetection in direct or indirect ELISA. MAbs InA227 and InA246 detect Influenza A H3 haemagglutinin in Western Blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose
