Antibody Specificity: Specific for the ~120k NR1 subunit, N1 Splice Variant Insert protein of the NMDA Receptor in Western blots of rat brain extracts. Also recognizes the NR1 subunit, N1 Spice Variant Insert of the NMDA Receptor in mouse brain extracts. Does not recognize NR1 subunits of the NMDA Receptor that do not contain the NR1 subunit, N1 Insert.
