Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with free human cTnT (MAb 2F3, 7G7, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11, 7F4), bovine TnT or human Tn complex (MAb 7E7).

MAbs 2F3, 7F4, 7G7, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11 and 1F11 have no cross-reaction with skeletal TnT. Cross-reactivity of MAb 7E7 with cardiac TnI is 5 %.

IgG1 for MAbs 9G6, 1C11, and 7G7
IgG2b for MAbs 2F3, 1A11, 7F4 and 1F11
IgG for MAb 7E7

TnT immunoassay and TnT immunoaffinity purification. It is possible to use following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 1C11-9G6, 1C11-7F4, 7G7-9G6, 7G7- 1C11, 7G7-2F3, 1C11-7E7 Best capture antibodies for BIAcore are 1C11, 9G6, 7G7.
