Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBsAg of ayw subtype.

MAbs are reacting with the following HBsAg subtypes: ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, ayr, adw2, adw4, adrq+, adrq-, ayw3 (Fer).

IgG1 for MAbs HB11 and Hs41
IgG2a for MAbs Hs33

Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay.
Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay:
HB12 – HB11,  HB6, HB6, Hs33 – Hs41
Best pair: Hs33 – Hs41, sensitivity 50 pg/ml
