Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant ST2 (His-tag) (S985, S101)

S207, S215: Recombinant rabbit full-sized MAbs expressed in mammalian cells.

Recombinant full-sized chimeric MAb S103, expressed in mammalian cells. Original wild type variable domains of mouse MAb and human IgG1 constant domains are combined in these constructs.

Recombinant full-sized chimeric MAb S501 and S512, expressed in mammalian cells. Original wild type variable domains of rat MAb and human IgG1 constant domains are combined in these constructs.
