Ion exchange chromatography
Presentation:
Lyophilized from 16 mM NaHCO3, containing 0.05% CHAPS and 0.05% Tween 20.
It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.
Storage:
Lyophilized and reconstituted at -70°C (-65 … -80 °C allowed)
Other Information:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution. The storage of lyophilized protein at -20°C may lead to a loss of 20% of immunochemical activity over two years. For protein dilutions, we do not recommend PBS or other buffers with high ionic strength. This may lead to precipitation.
Material safety note:
This product is sold for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material.
