IgG1 for MAbs HB11 and Hs41
IgG2a for MAbs Hs33
Applications:
Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay.
Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay:
HB12 – HB11,  HB6, HB6, Hs33 – Hs41
Best pair: Hs33 – Hs41, sensitivity 50 pg/ml
