Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant tumor necrosis factor of alpha type.
Specificity:
MAb F6C5 is directed to different TNF-alpha epitope than MAbs 2C8 and 1D9. MAbs 2C8 and 1D9 are effective in inhibition of the biological activity of recombinant and natural TNF-lpha.
MAbs TA20 is specific to TNF-alpha.
MAb TA20 has neutralizing activity.
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 2C8, 1D9, F6C5, TA20
Applications:
MAbs 1D9 and 2C8 inhibit biological activity of TNF-alpha.
Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 2C8 – F6C5.
MAbs 2C8, 1D9 and F6C5 work in immunohistochemistry.
MAb TA20 is working in Western blotting.
