Specificity:
MAb F6C5cc is directed to different TNF-alfa epitope than MAb 2C8cc. MAb 2C8cc is effective in inhibition of the biological activity of recombinant and natural TNF-alfa. 
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 2C8cc, F6C5cc
Applications:

MAbs 2C8cc inhibit biological activity of TNF-α.

Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture – detection): 2C8cc – F6C5cc.

MAbs work in immunohistochemistry.
