Applications:
BNP and proBNP immunoassay. MAb recognizes BNP and proBNP in sandwich immunoassay.
MAb 26E2 react with proBNP and BNP in Western blotting.
Recommended pairs for BNP sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 50E1cc – 26E2 Sensitivity of the pair recognizes with high sensitivity the antigen in plasma samples of patients with heart failure.
