Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen

cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified recombinant hGH.

There is no cross-reactivity with

HPRL, FSH, LH and insulin. Specific antibody titer is 1:1 000 000 in indirect ELISA.

IgG1 for MAbs,  GhG2 and GhB9

Detection of hGH.

Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture – detection):

GhG2 – GhB9 (detection limit 50 pg/ml).

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
