Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant leptin.
Specificity:
MAbs recognize recombinant human leptin and leptin circulating in human blood.

Applications:
Leptin immunoassay. All MAbs recognize human leptin in Western blotting.MAbs were tested in sandwich immunoassay with human blood samples. All recommended pairs
recognize antigen in human blood with high sensitivity.
