Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with bovine osteocalcin with keyhole limpet hemocyanin and recombinant human osteocalcin with glutathione S-transferase.
Specificity:MAb 2H9 cross-reacts with bovine, rat and pig OC and is not cross-reacting with mouse OC.
MAb 6F9 is not cross-reacting with bovine, rat, mouse, rabbit or pig OC.
MAb Isotypes:IgG1 for MAbs 1C4, 1C7, 3G8, 8H12
IgG2b for MAb 3G7Applications:MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pairs are (capture-detection):
3G8 (detects only the intact hOC).
