Recombinant canine C-reactive protein (cCRP)

Recombinant protein expressed in a eukaryotic expression system

To be used as a calibrator or standard for canine C-reactive protein immunodetection in a variety of applications.

Recombinant cCRP consists of 204 a.a.r.
Purity > 95% (SDS-PAGE).
Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.
Immunoreactivity is confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibodies ( Cat. # 2-CRP-c) specific to different epitopes of cCRP molecule.

Lyophilized from 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 2mM CaCl2
Product is recommended to be reconstituted with deionised water

-20°C in lyophilized or soluble form (between -15 and -30 °C allowed)

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
To prepare diluted samples of cCRP it is recommended to use the following buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2.
