Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified β-subunit of cholera toxin.
Specificity:
β-subunit of cholera toxin. All MAbs react with cholera toxin. MAb 3D11 reacts also with E. coli heat labile enterotoxin.
