Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with rabbit muscle GAPDH. whole molecule.  Whole molecule GAPDH is a tetramer, made up of subunits of MW 36 kDa each.

Specificity:
Cross-reaction of MAbs in Western blotting with GAPDH from different animal species. 

MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for all MAbs
Applications:
